Allee Royale Collection

The “Allée du Roy” is one of Raynaud's classic collections, inspired by the French 18th century, which saw the creation of myriad china designs dedicated to the King and his court. A trellis entwined with leaves and cornflowers between crowns of laurels features on all pieces of the service in shades of blue and green. This frieze is finished by a central medallion of cornflowers, completing and balancing the design. Gold threads encircle and enhance the motif, as in the traditional designs of the Manufacture de Sèvres, the King's only china supplier of the time.
