This pan is ideal for simmering sauces, cooking grains, steaming vegetables, and poaching eggs. Heritage Steel uses a specially designed ergonomic hollow handle that is comfortable to hold and will not overheat on the stove. At Good Kinsmen, we much prefer this design over other manufacturer's handles. It feels great in the hand.

Surface is made of 316Ti Stainless Steel. Specialty 316Ti cooking surface is strengthened with titanium for 20x increase in corrosion resistance. It is chemically inert, preserving the taste and health of the food you cook.
