This saucepan is excellent for soups, chili, stew, sauces and more. When used in combination with the electric multipurpose base, this pan transforms into a great piece for braising, slow-cooking, and entertaining. Heritage Steel uses a specially designed ergonomic hollow handle that is comfortable to hold and will not overheat on the stove. At Good Kinsmen, we much prefer this design over other manufacturer's handles. It feels great in the hand.
