Use and Care:
Always preheat your Stainless Steel Pans.
The water drop test can also be used to test if a stainless steel pan is heated evenly and is ready for cooking. Here's how it works:
- Heat the pan on the stove over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Place a drop of water on the surface of the pan.
- Observe how the water behaves. If the water sizzles and evaporates quickly, the pan is heated evenly and is ready for cooking. If the water beads up and rolls off the surface, the pan is not heated evenly and may not cook your food as well.
We recommend only handwash for your stainless steel pans. Discoloration happens as stainless steel cookware is use and can be removed with a stainless steel cleaner.
