Benriner No. 95 Super Mandoline

The Super Benriner Mandoline was designed for easy hand slicing, with a choice of cut thicknesses. This model comes with three blades for cutting strips from matchstick to french fries. Lightweight, razor sharp, and one of the few mandolines that has a locking depth adjustments that ensures even thickness on both ends of the cutting blade. This is an extra wide model.

We highly recommend using with a cut resistant glove. Mandolines will get you!
