Carbon Steel - Western Chef - 8.4"

Beautiful Western Chef made by Zach Rhymer. The handle is exceptionally stunning on this knife. The blackwood handle has a streak of the heartwood running through it, which is the lighter colored section. 

The blade is made with Procut steel which was developed by metallurgist Larrin Thomas. One of the very few steels that was specifically designed with high end cutlery in mind. 

As always this knife features Zach's Walkschilff grind, which gives great food release while being thin behind the edge.
