This includes your own portion of fresh pasta to take home, a premium Olive Oil Bottle with pourer, and a printed recipe card to recreate the magic in your own kitchen.

Onteaya Evelina is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Biophilic Designer with over a decade of experience in wellness. As Founder of The Plant Candy Collective and Co-Founder of CHA CHA Chai, she blends science-based nutrition with sensory storytelling and cultural joy. With a background in catering, product development, and food entrepreneurship, Antonio brings high energy, soulful storytelling, and an eye for detail to every dish he creates. As the Co-founder of Party Bites Kitchen + Catering and Cha Cha Masala Chai, his style reflects a deep love for bold ingredients, cultural fusion, and curating memorable experiences.
