Join us for a friendly, hands-on beginner’s class where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch—no prior experience required! This is the perfect starting point for anyone who has always wanted to make their own fettuccine, or spaghetti at home.  By the end of this class, you’ll understand how to create a smooth, supple dough that’s ready for shaping.

We will cover essentials, Including 
  • Choosing the right ingredients

  • Mastering the classic ratio

  • Mix, knead, and rest a simple egg pasta dough

  • Learn kneading and cutting techniques 

  • Learn to use the Atlas 150 Pasta Machine

  • Prepare a 4 ingredient Tomato Sauce 

  • Each Guest will prepare a pasta dough and make pasta to take home.

Instructor:  Vicki Lawrenson

Skill Level:  Beginner, best for someone who has never made pasta 

Duration:  Approximately 2 hours

Includes: All Ingredients, Instruction and lovely tasting of the pasta with sauce.
