Join us for a hands-on experience where you'll craft pillowy sourdough focaccia and blend garden-inspired artisan dipping oils. We’ll pair your creation with a refreshing, herb-forward mocktail that highlights citrus and botanical notes, offering the perfect balance of earthy and bright flavors. It’s bread therapy rooted in flavor and creativity. This includes your own Sourdough Starter to take home and a Quarter Sheet Pan.
Onteaya Evelina is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Biophilic Designer with over a decade of experience in wellness. As Founder of The Plant Candy Collective and Co-Founder of CHA CHA Chai, she blends science-based nutrition with sensory storytelling and cultural joy. Her work centers on healing from the inside out, using food, design, and community to nourish lives and create lasting impact. Cheers + Be Well!
Antonio Tate, known as The Sneakerhead Chef, is a Chattanooga-based culinary creative blending street culture with elevated flavors. With a background in catering, product development, and food entrepreneurship, Antonio brings high energy, soulful storytelling, and an eye for detail to every dish he creates. As the Co-founder of Party Bites Kitchen + Catering and Cha Cha Masala Chai, his style reflects a deep love for bold ingredients, cultural fusion, and curating memorable experiences. His work has taken him from intimate dinner parties to catering events for notable guests, but his passion remains rooted in creating meaningful, memorable food experiences for all. Whether teaching a cooking class or crafting a custom menu, Antonio leads with flavor, culture, and love for community.
