Take our introduction to knife sharpening class at Good Kinsmen. Sean, our resident sharpener, will walk you through the basics of whetstone sharpening.

You will then take one of our house knives to the stones and get a hands on lesson in sharpening. No need to bring your own knife, we will provide everything you need for this class.
