Welcome to our Introduction to Knife Skills Class! This two-part session begins with an overview of the best knives and cutting techniques, with a strong emphasis on safety. You'll then put your skills into practice by creating a delicious seasonal chopped salad to take home. Additionally, we'll cover the fundamentals of making great salad dressings. Join us for this comprehensive and hands-on culinary experience!
