Pie Bird

This unique Pie Bird ensures your pie won't bubble over by venting steam through its beak. Its shoulders support the top crust, preventing it from bowing. Simply place the bird in the center of the bottom crust, spoon in the filling, add the top crust with a small hole for the bird's head, pinch the crust around the bird to seal, and bake. Once done, carefully remove the hot Pie Bird (heat safe up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit) and toss it in the dishwasher for easy cleanup.
