Royal Cinnamon

 

Burlap and Barrels' Royal Cinnamon, grown in the mountains near Huế, has been a coveted heirloom variety for centuries. Cinnamomum loureiroi, also known as Saigon cinnamon, is often mistaken for its similarly-named cousin, Cinnamomum cassia. Fun fact: neither of these species are actually found near Saigon, despite the name!
