Unlike most Plateware that is only partially glazed, causing scratching and chipping, our pieces are fully glazed on both top and bottom for 360° protection. This also allows our Plateware to withstand oven temperatures up to 580F without breaking, making it perfect for delicate sauces served on a cold plate.
