The 18/10 Stainless Steel composition we use is a strong durable metal that resists stains, rust, corrosion and is safe and double lined. 

Extra fine mesh is ideal for filtering tiny seeds or lumps from sauces, custards, purées, soups, or drinks. Excellent for dusting pastry with a fine layer of powdered sugar. Handle and lip allow Chinois to rest on bowl or pan while in use.
